The name of the company was inspired by principle that was introduced at end of 19th century by an Italian economist named Vilfredo Pareto - the concept of distribution (80:20 Rule) according to which roughly 80% of the effects come from 20% of the causes. Nowadays it's called Pareto principle. It is one of the simplest and most powerful management tools on the planet that allows us to shift our focus on the areas that will have the most profound impact on the end goal and will yield the greatest results.

Sintija Ķipluka has more than 25 year experience from working in international corporate environment, including companies like Procter & Gamble, International Security Academy, Park MV and most recent 12 years experience from FTSE 250 company Inchcape PLC.
Key achievements include taking part in development and implementation of new organization design for region of five countries to support business growth ambition and execution of new Group strategy; leading business strategy discussions for business units in region and ensuring regional People and Talent strategy supports Company future vision and strategic objectives, implementing Leadership competence and assessment frameworks and leading regional Employee Engagement agenda.
